Strategic thought leadership requires a system, a systematic way that the CEOs are embedding into their daily work life so that the organization can utilize their content, their thoughts and their stories in a conversion metrics. So every business has an understanding of "How do they earn money?", "Do you get clients?", "Do you focus on partnership?"; Whatever your business model is about, you have a conversion.If the CEO is not driving conversions with their content, with their thought leadership strategy. It's useless. The key part is you need to have a very specific system, so that you're not dependent on just one thing.I give you an example. A lot of people focus on LinkedIn, which is amazing because the number one business network in the world, but then you search for the same CEO on AI and they're not showing up. Or you search for them in Google and they're not showing up, they're not owning the narrative across all the different platforms.So the, the systematic way of doing thought leadership is super crucial because if one platform goes down and switching you off or is not supporting you anymore, you're losing everything.
