7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Service Cancellations (Consulting/Speaking)

  • Cancellations made before work has commenced may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees.

  • Once work has commenced or a speaking date is reserved and within the non-cancellable window (as per specific contract), refunds may not be granted.

Digital Products

  • No Refunds: In accordance with Dutch consumer law regarding digital content, downloadable products (e.g., e-books, reports, recorded courses) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or sent.
