How does the personal brand of A CEO strategically link to the strategy? And vision of a company. Every CEO has a personal brand. It's just that a lot of organizations don't utilize that personal brand. And what I believe the personal brand needs to be linked to the marketing strategy. And the marketing strategy obviously is linked to the business strategy.
So when the thought leadership and person brand strategy of the CEO is linked to the marketing strategy, then the. CEO can highlight and emphasize whatever the marketing team is working on, and through that, it automatically pays back into the vision of the company. I believe that every CEO should have a strategic positioning as a thought leader with their personal brand to support the business outcome of the company.
