How do I ensure authenticity in my personal brand? Number one is don't play a role. Be the same person that you are. Don't be different, and that doesn't mean you are always the same person because we all are not. When you are in a room with your buddies and you spend time, let's say having a beer or a barbecue, you are a different person than. If you are in a boardroom, everyone will get that. But if you are consistently the same that you are as a human being, this makes the difference, and that's the authenticity part. A lot of people are not. Being themselves because they're trying to follow the algorithm. The algorithm is triggering us in certain ways so that we get in endorphins from a specific way that the algorithm likes.
Right now, I believe you should not care about the algorithm. You built yourself a personal brand that is consistently yourself, and through that, you're going to win long term.
