How does the visibility of A CEO impact the engagement of the employees? For me, this is super basic answer because I grew up in a very, very large organization, and one of the number one things I learned as a manager in the organization from the CEO was walk the floor. Meaning you connect to the people every day because we are in a global ecosystem, and you might be in a global company where not everyone is at the same location. Your visibility, meaning thought leadership strategy in the internet, in social media will help people to be connected to you if done well. It's almost the same thing like walking the floor because they feel connected to you. And if you then show up in person, they will see that you are exactly the same person that they follow on social media.
