How does my personal brand differentiate our company? As the CEO from our competitors. I think this is one of the biggest differentiators, obviously next to your service or product and the company brand, what you do, but I think the personality and the public brand and thought leadership of A CEO will enable.
The potential customers or clients to see the business from a different perspective because they connect the vision of the CEO to the outcome of the company. We all trust people, we are humans, and with that, connecting to the CEO will enable us to say, Hey, I like this company because I like the CEO, and I would love to work with them.
If you build a personal brand and a thought leadership strategy for you as the CEO, this will make the difference, and your competitors will always be different because they have a different CEO and most of them will not do a thought leadership strategy.
