So as a CEO, how do I balance my personal story and the company's story? As a thought leader, a key part is that you have a story, how the business came to where it is today, and as a person, you have a story, how you grow up. And how you build your credibility to the person that you are today. They're individual stories.
You can weave them together, specifically if you're already quite some time in the company, but even if you are new, you can look into what are the commonalities of these two stories and how can you use them to make your point. As a thought leader and CEO in the industry, it's critical to tell stories. And it's good to use both sides because you as a person make the difference and build trust. And with the business story, you help the business to be more trustful too. Combining them is the magic.
