Thought leadership is not personal branding. Personal branding is how we got to the point that we are today with the personality that we have, with the traits that we have, and obviously with the stories that come with that. So the credibility that we have built out over time as CEOs in our industry. And then the thought leadership part takes the business in connection to our personality. Think about it as you have a company and an industry that you operate in as CEO with your business, and you have a unique personality that will enable you to showcase yourself and your business in a completely distinct way than any other business competitor will be able to do. So if you now use your personality, take the industry trends, the industry pains and look into the future. And then you put yourself into the shoes of your potential customers and or clients. And then you talk about the industry and what the industry needs and what the clients need with a future perspective. And then you'd link your personality to the business. And that's thought leadership. Done that repeatedly will help you to succeed big time.
