However, here’s a strategic blind spot: most CEOs fail to communicate their frameworks, either internally or externally.

1. Frameworks Drive Internal Scale.

As a CEO, your success is rarely a result of spontaneous decisions. You likely lead with principles, values, and repeatable structures, a framework. When you're a consultant, you're used to sell your framework. When you're a CEO, you just lead a company. When I work with CEOs, we often talk about their framework on how they're leading the company to success, and most of the time they're aware of that. They're utilizing a framework, but they're not communicating about the framework and the importance of how they empower their teams. To succeed with what they ask them to do. So utilizing a framework that you can use like a consultant is doing to empower your organization and share this with people will help you to be seen as a thought leader, build a framework that people can learn from.
