How do I create a personal branding strategy? It all starts with where do you want to go? If you don't know where you want to go, you will going to run into problems. So let's say you want to build a business, you want to position yourself in a company for a career opportunities, whatever that is, that's the starting point. And then you look deeper into what is your superpower. And in linking your superpower to your story, and that's the base of everything. And then you have the values that are connected to you. And then we use this to look into how do you attract the people that you want to attract to get to your goal and build a strategy that you show up in front of them as much as possible, obviously in a critical way. So the strategy is a reflection of that plan that will help you to get there. And it's different for every person. If you're a CEO of a company that want to be sold is different than you are a student that is looking for your first job, but in the end, the basics are always the same. Build a strategy and you will win.
