So how does thought leadership for A CEO can build legacy? This is not fast thought leadership and person branding. It is a long-term journey, and that's what everyone needs to understand. It's step by step compounding, almost like an investment account that you have for your personal finance. You are compounding, you are paying in all the time, but it is compounding over time.
If you are in one industry. And are seen as an expert. That's the first step. So you are seen as an expert, and then you step that up and look into how do you see visionary trends happening in the industry? And you take a point of view to that specific trends that are backed up by your stories, by your experience, and by your credibility. And if you do that well. You will make more business with your company and through that you will build legacy. Legacy is coming from the outside. People see you as the thought leader. It's not that you claim legacy. Very important to understand.
