A question asked the other day from a CEO is how can my personal brand impact company culture? I think for me it's a no brainer. You do this anyhow, so the way you interact with team members in your organization will impact the company culture straight away because you lead the organization by example if you want or not. People see what you do. And now think about this. You use your personal brand to build a thought leadership strategy that helped to position the company, including yourself as a CEO in a different way. This will be seen by the team members as a good example. They will step up their game too, and through that, the whole company will be more successful.
