AI is changing the world, but humans still long for the same thing. Human connection. We as CEOs of our companies and even thought leaders in the industry are first and foremost human. Yes, we all leverage AI sooner or later, depending in the industry that you are working in. But the critical thing that we all should focus on is building trust with individuals and teams across our companies and industry.
And the ones that are a little bit older, and watching this right now, you all know this because you have done this over the last decades. You met with people in person and then you built a relationship and then business is going to happen. That's never going to stop because when you put two business leaders into one room and they like each other, and they look into how can we create a win-win between our two companies, business is going to happen.
That's never going away. So AI is helping you to be more efficient so that you can spend and invest more time into the human connection. That's what I believe strongly will make the biggest difference in any company out there.
