You wouldn't try and do this many things in your personal life all at the same time. So why do you think your organization can and they just look at me blindly.

We're a big organization. It's far better to slim that down and do them really well. So that's the number one thing. Be really clear and prioritize. Take stuff away from your employees and be really clear. Say, these are the three things we need you to work on. And don't stop talking about them.
