We as CEOs often ask us, what role do I play or my personal brand play in attracting and. Keeping top talent. I believe it's a huge opportunity because talent is not just in the company because of the company and the vision of the company, but more so as well because of the CEO, people love to connect to people and want to be associated with the successful visible CEO.
And if you give them the opportunity to connect to you online, through social media, through videos, through podcasts, and as well in person, obviously inside of the company, you build a bond between yourself and the employees, and that means the talent will be able to learn from you because you're creating content that is valuable to them as it is to the business. And that means they will stay longer because they're connected to you as the CEO.
