Sometimes we are forced to do things we don't like and we all have this. In an organizational context that sometimes you need to do a task that you don't like, you need to do something that is boring, where you think you're way overqualified to do this task.

And  I understand this because I'm sometimes frustrated by that as well. So it's my responsibility and your responsibility in the same way to let the other people know what you could be contributing instead of doing the boring task.

But sometimes it requires to do the boring task and get the things done. And be curious about how can we learn from the mundane things on a daily base, but as well reflect back to the managers. Hey, what about if I do this?

What about if I do that? Be curious, learn, but as well challenge your managers to do the next step for yourself, because if you're not asking, it's not going to happen.
