How is personal branding different than company branding? The number one thing is that the company is an ecosystem of a lot of people and their personal brand is just one person. And building a company brand and a personal brand is different because inside of the person we are focusing on. The value, the vision of that person, and as well the history of that person, which I call the credibility. If we look into a company brand, then you will look into the commercial benefit of the organization. Number one thing, you're not thinking about how do you position the person? In a way that it is credible and it, it is an asset for the long run. So commercial focus versus thought leadership, PO focus. Obviously they work hand in hand, but it's a different way of dealing with it.
