How does a personal brand of A CEO impact the view of the employees towards the company? I believe every CEO has the possibility share more than the usual business topics that they always do. They're presenting in keynotes, they're presenting in all hands meetings, and then share what the business is going towards.
But I believe that every CEO has a personal life, has a story behind them that will inspire the people. Often when I talk to CEOs, I do this jokingly, but there's truth to that. If you are a CEO and not all of your employees are following you on social media, you have a problem because they're not interested in what you have to say. If we turn this around and you are interested to people that are in your company and beyond, people will start following you and want to learn more about you as a person. And that will help the company to thrive.
