A critical thing for every CEO is how do you convert potential clients from yourself? Which means how do you show up as a thought leader in the industry builds trust, and through that trust drive business results. What a lot of people don't see right now and are behind is. Trust is driven through people, and obviously you know this, you're a CEO, but if you look into what's happening right now, we are in a huge change where digital, specifically through AI, is so massive and people are getting bombarded with a lot of things that the biggest differentiator I personally believe in the next five to 20 years is the individual.
And if you show up as the CEO, that is trustful. Visible and can be experienced from the outside, your business will be more successful. That means you build content, you show up, you be out there, wherever people are out there, and in return you will get trust and trust drive ERs. Obviously, you need to have a strategy to that.
So strategy and a systematic way of how you do that consistently over time will make the difference.
