Steve Hill is Commercial Director at Auticon UK, a unique, multinational IT consultancy and social enterprise, which exclusively employs autistic adults as IT consultants. Previously Steve was Business Strategy & Development Director within the Predictive Analytics and IoT sector of McLaren Applied, leading the strategy around “Intelligent Fleet” and "Intelligent Operations" as part of the Intelligent Transport programme.
In our conversation we talk about his experiences working with a neurodiverse workforce, the support systems and the benefits for organizations and leaders. Steve also shares the story of his son who grew up with dyslexia and the journey that led him to write kids books with the lead character Jenny Many narrated by “Game of Thrones” Star Gemma Whelan.
