Almost everybody's a really good storyteller using their voice. And so we record our interviews, we transcribe them, and then we use that as the marble block for the actual manuscript and the narrative. And most of the writing that we do is refining that and reducing it. It's also very collaborative where we interview multiple people for a lot of books. Use your grandfather for instance, maybe his grandkids want to contribute stories or have things to say about it, or the kids do. Or maybe he's got some friends or business partners. And we take all of these things into account, interview all of them and interweave those together into the narrative. More and more people over time wanted to publish their stories. So we created our own publishing imprint, Biograph and a lot of what we do is now published and sold.
